The story behind Eight

Eight was created by Joanne Dyer, founder of Perfectly Polished Cotswolds, with a vision to bring beauty, wellbeing, work and community together under one roof.

After years of working within the beauty industry, Jo wanted to create something that felt more thoughtful than a traditional salon and more welcoming than a conventional office. A place where independent professionals could grow, clients could discover trusted services and local people could work and connect in beautiful surroundings.

The result is Eight Middle Row: an evolving collective of talented professionals, considered experiences and flexible spaces, each with its own purpose and personality.
